Jim Jorgensen holds a Bachelor's Degree of Business from Ferris State University and a Master of Science (MSc) Business Administration and Management Post Graduate Certificate from the University of Sheffield, England. Jim was a Professional Ice Hockey Player from 2009- 2018. He has strong leadership skills and the knowledge of managing, as well as coaching, teams. Jim has a strong understanding of Real Estate, sales, business administration, financial analysis, communications, and community relations.

Shelly brings 27 years of experience to the team, having worked in every aspect of real estate investing. She has built an extensive network of influential contacts, both in business and in her personal relations. Shelly puts a creative spin on investing and has an intense proclivity for building real estate portfolios and optimizing growth and earning potential. She has worked globally while always keeping her focus on bringing that knowledge to the Upper Peninsula. She currently resides full time in the UP.

Alekz Jorgensen is a professional photographer with a substantial history in marketing. She is a strong arts and design professional with a Fine Arts degree from Northern Michigan University. Alekz builds intensive marketing plans and strategies through websites and social media to grow personal and professional brands. Other strengths include film, live video, brand identity, event promotion and interior design. Traveling across Europe, Asia, and North America the past 7 years has brought incredible insight on the needs and wants of a diverse client base.

Andrew and Marnie Rubinstein are both Michigan natives. Andrew (raised in southeastern Michigan) and Marnie (raised in the upper peninsula) met in Grand Rapids, MI. Having lived all throughout the state, they are intimately familiar with real estate all throughout Michigan. Andrew and Marnie married in 2016 and are raising 3 young children and a chiweenie pup.

Marnie first became licensed in real estate in 2021 and inspired Andrew to obtain his in 2022 - they have been working as "Team Rubinstein" ever since, and have enjoyed serving clients all across the EUP. Both Andrew and Marnie have tenacious work ethics, and combine a unique blend of professionalism and emotional intelligence in order to deliver the best client experience.
